My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were quite small with only 2 laundry machines available, but the staff was friendly and attentive. However, the supply in the room didn't match our reservation for 5 people. The actual rooms didn't exactly match the pictures on the website.
The hotel was not as spacious as shown on the website, and the room I originally expected was not the one assigned to us. There was also a noticeable smoke smell. On the bright side, the service was top-notch, with a cheerful and efficient staff member handling everything. The location, while close to the Metro for easy travel, lacked vibrancy after 6pm due to aggressive panhandlers. The dining experience was good with traditional bread, and the hotel offered excellent facilities.
The hotel's location near the metro provided easy access to sightseeing in DC, but the presence of homeless people and rats outside was a downside. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the service was accommodating. The dining options were limited, and the surrounding area was not the best.
